ABSTRACT

In recent years, with the popularity of mobile Internet and online transactions becoming more and more common in our daily life, the cases related to personal data in China are also rising, and individuals are also facing a potential threat. From the perspective of legal economics, there are two deficiencies in the existing means of protecting personal data: weak personal data awareness and imperfect enterprise management measures. Therefore, China must promote as soon as possible to strengthen personal data security awareness and improve enterprise management measures, so as to better protect personal data.
