Supply chain management is an effective way for enterprises to adapt to global competition and a new management mode after entering the 2l century. This paper expounds the integration and coordination of resources of all node enterprises from the perspective of the whole supply chain, and emphasizes the coordination of strategic partners, information resource integration, rapid market response and creating value for users.
