ABSTRACT

With the development and reform of medical care, the scope of work of nursing managers has continued to expand, including not only daily ward management, but also the operation of various functions of the hospital and the transformation of models. It is necessary to ensure the quality of patient services, improve patient satisfaction, and at the same time combine the reality and long-term goals of hospital development to effectively improve the management of nursing work. Therefore, based on the status quo, this article puts forward some suggestions for improving the innovation ability of nursing managers.
