In the late 1980s and early 1990s, born-global firms have been emerged with the development of globalization and the advancement of technology. Its emergence is not only a great challenge to the existing theories of corporate internationalization in the academic field, but also a supplement and improvement to the traditional internationalized firms in real life.  There is strong research enthusiasm and interest of many foreign scholars. Over the past two decades, the born globalized enterprise has become an inescapable and highly valuable frontier issue in the field of international business and business management.
