ABSTRACT

The perioperative period for surgical patients is critical in determining their postoperative recovery and the occurrence of complications. Nutritional support plays an essential role during this stage, as appropriate nutritional interventions not only improve postoperative recovery but also reduce the incidence of complications. This study aims to explore the optimization strategies for perioperative nutritional support in surgical patients and evaluate their effectiveness. Through a review of relevant literature and analysis of actual cases, the pros and cons of different nutritional support schemes are clarified, and optimization measures are proposed. Combined with clinical outcome evaluations, this provides a scientific basis for the perioperative management of surgical patients.
