The Tianjin section of the Grand Canal National Cultural Park, as a national cultural park with unique intangible cultural heritage features in the northern section of the Grand Canal, has attracted much attention both domestically and internationally since its planning. This article is based on the perspective of revitalizing and inheriting intangible cultural heritage. Through case analysis, it explores the inspiration and strategies for revitalizing and inheriting intangible cultural heritage from government planning policies to local response development strategies, and then explores the problems and countermeasures in intangible cultural heritage inheritance. In the form of case inspiration, it provides suggestions for revitalizing and inheriting intangible cultural heritage in the current full cycle construction of the Tianjin section of the Grand Canal National Cultural Park. Research has found that the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage require government policy support as the driving force, extensive social participation led by the government as the domestic demand force, cultural industry as the driving force, and modern multi-channel activation and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage as the follow-up force. Multiple levels of mutual driving and promotion of intangible cultural heritage inheritance and development.
