ABSTRACT

With the continuous enhancement of people's awareness of children's fitness, the development of children's physical fitness training institutions, which are a major part of children's sports activities, is facing many challenges and opportunities. Using questionnaires and case studies, this paper systematically analyzes the problems of uneven quality of coaches and single course content of children's physical fitness training institutions in the current market, and adopts corresponding countermeasures, such as the introduction of diversified course design and coach qualification system, in order to improve the quality of the service. The students from S001 to S006, who received the physical fitness assessment prior to the training, had scores ranging from 75 to 82, which was a mediocre performance. After systematic training, their scores generally jumped to no less than 88, reaching good or even excellent levels. This paper adopts a practical and feasible improvement plan for children's physical fitness and health education, in order to promote the overall level of children's physical fitness and health education in China and provide theoretical basis and practical reference for policy formulation by relevant departments.
