ABSTRACT

The development of public welfare crowdfunding platforms is in full swing. However, due to loopholes in regulatory policies and operating mechanisms, fund risks in the process of platform operation also need to be prevented and controlled. This paper takes Water Drop Medical Crowdfunding platform as the research object, sort out its business model, identify risks from internal and external, financial and non-financial perspectives, analyze the existing problems in its fund risk management, and put forward improvement measures and suggestions on fund risk prevention.
