Against the backdrop of the latest revision of the company law, this paper addresses issues related to co., LTD. shareholders' contribution obligations. It explores contractual and risk characteristics, investment, escape investment, and capital contribution obligations. The paper proposes legislative enhancements, advocates for strengthened judicial guarantees, and provides solutions to optimize corporate internal governance. By clarifying the scope and standards of shareholders 'contribution obligations, strengthening the legal binding force, optimizing the corporate governance structure and other measures, it aims to ensure the effective performance of shareholders' contribution obligations, protect the legitimate rights and interests of the company and creditors, and promote the long-term and stable development of the company.
