ABSTRACT

This paper aims to explore the balance between bankruptcy law and financial stability, with a focus on risk prevention and market regulation. By analyzing the principles and objectives of bankruptcy law, the impact of risk prevention on financial stability, and the relationship between bankruptcy law and market regulation, this paper provides policy adjustments and future development recommendations. Through practical analysis of domestic and international cases, the paper summarizes the lessons learned and discusses future trends.
