ABSTRACT

Since the founding of the People's Republic, the development of the institutional mechanisms of public security, procuratorial, judicial, and judicial administrative organs in our country has gone through five periods: the start-up period (1949-1952), the early development period(1953-the first half of 1957), the period of frustration(1957-1966), the period of stagnation(1966-1976), and from 1976 to the present, the period of restoration and development(1976 to the present). Before 2013, the various documents of the Central Government mainly aimed at the construction of the system and mechanism of the three organs of public security organs, procuratorial organs, and judicial organs. After the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee was held in 2014, the judicial and administrative organs and their executive powers were added, creating a new situation in which the four organs performed their respective functions, cooperated with each other, and restricted each other.
