This paper focuses on the principle of national sovereign immunity in the exercise of judicial jurisdiction, and aims to explore the relevant legal issues. The principle of state sovereign immunity is an important principle in international law, which ensures the special status and rights of states in the international legal system. However, with the increase of globalization and international exchanges, the principle of national sovereign immunity is facing new challenges and disputes. This paper first analyzes the legal basis and connotation of the principle of national sovereign immunity, including the relevant provisions and case laws of international law and domestic law. This paper aims to provide theoretical and empirical support for research and practice in related fields and promote in-depth understanding and effective application of the principles of national sovereign immunity.
