ABSTRACT

This article analyzes the impact of fiscal and tax policies on new urbanization. The construction of new urbanization is accompanied by the upgrading and improvement of industrial structure, ultimately promoting the overall economic development of society and increasing national taxation; At the same time, scientific financial and tax policies can provide financial support for the development of new urbanization, promote the optimal allocation of resources, and assist in improving the quality of new urbanization. In response to the problems of inadequate financing system and unreasonable local tax system in the process of supporting the development of new urbanization in China's financial and tax policies, this article proposes relevant suggestions, such as expanding financing channels for new urbanization construction, achieving multiple fundraising to ensure sufficient funds, optimizing the local tax system for new urbanization construction, and scientifically arranging the proportion of new urbanization construction in fiscal revenue distribution, Ultimately achieving sustainable development of urbanization quality.
