The introduction of fine Chinese traditional culture to the world is not only necessary for achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, but also beneficial to building a community with a shared future for mankind and striving to resolve global crises. However, Western cultural hegemonism, out of concern, inhibits the development of Chinese culture in the process of international communication. Besides, insufficient cultural awareness, cultural confidence, and the communication mechanism which cannot meet the needs of the times, also hinder the development of Chinese culture. Hence, it is of necessity to build a new multi-level cultural communication mechanism from both internal and external dimensions to win a place for Chinese culture in the cultural competition.
