ABSTRACT

With the objective of conducting a precise assessment of rural school teachers' quality, this study leverages educational evaluation theory and lightweight mobile development technologies to construct an assessment indicator system tailored to rural educational contexts, and to design and implement a dedicated WeChat Mini Program. The Mini Program focuses on five core functions—permission management, data collection, intelligent analysis, result visualization, and document distribution. Following systematic testing and field deployment in rural schools, the system has been proven to be user-friendly and operationally stable; it effectively streamlines the teacher assessment process, enhances the accuracy and transparency of assessment data, and provides technical support and practical guidance for the refined, information-based management of rural teaching staff.
