ABSTRACT

With the rapid growth of the social economy, people's awareness of environmental protection is gradually increasing, and the concept of green environmental protection is increasingly valued, becoming the core direction of transformation and growth in various industries. The real estate industry, as an important pillar of the national economy, its green transformation is not only related to the sustainable development of the industry, but also an important part of achieving the overall green development of society. Guided by the concept of sustainable development, the real estate industry is gradually adapting to the trend of the times and actively exploring the path of green transformation. This transformation aims to promote the growth of green buildings, reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution, and provide a healthier and more comfortable living and working environment for the public by adopting energy-saving and environmentally friendly building materials and technologies. At the same time, the real estate industry also needs to optimize supply chain management and logistics distribution, reduce resource waste, and improve resource utilization efficiency. In addition, enterprises should actively fulfill their social responsibilities, pay attention to cultural heritage protection, and promote harmonious community growth. By adopting comprehensive strategies, we aim to promote the growth of the real estate industry towards a green, low-carbon, and sustainable direction, contributing to the construction of a beautiful China.
