ABSTRACT

This article discussed class management and the way to manage the class well thus our students can becoming integrated abilities talent under the Double Reduction Policy. Educators should manage class by following the class vision proposed by school to let students know their own and others’ beauty and to learn team work. This article also point out some major problems that educators faced and how we deal with these problems: the contradiction between individuals and class, balance between competition and cooperation, the problem between being passive and being active. Thirdly, this article state the principles to manage class: first of all select right students to be the leaders to cooperate with teachers; second, treated students fairly; third, teachers should be rigid but soft when they implementing management system, fourth, teachers should take a comprehensive look when they facing their students; fifth, form a synergy to collaborate with all teachers and students to manage class.  Lastly, this article explain the four visions of Jiangbeizui Laboratory School which are strong, responsibility, independence and aestheticism in detail.  The main goal of this article is to help educators establish the right education concept and educating way to enhance students' aesthetic ability and artistic understanding. Thereby this promotes the overall improvement of students' comprehensive literacy.
