ABSTRACT

In order to meet the country's demand for the cultivation of high-quality professional and skilled talents, explore innovative ideas for the connotative development of schools. This article mainly systematically summarizes the achievements, development deficiencies, and later prospects of the school’s teaching management process from the aspects of teaching philosophy, management methods, national lingua franca teaching, discipline construction, and talent training programs. Experience, put forward their own thinking and improvement measures, and strive to improve the quality of education and teaching.
