Under the background of the 21st century, "curriculum ideological and political" is an inevitable trend in the reform of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. University teachers need to do ideological and political work while teaching basic knowledge in the course. Based on the idea of holistic education, university courses can use the advantages of modern education technology to change the traditional teaching mode. Through the combination of "online + offline" , "in-class + extra-curricular" , a university curriculum based on hybrid teaching model can be constructed. The "Curriculum Ideological and Political "model is to construct a university curriculum “Curriculum Ideological and Political" teaching model based on hybrid teaching from the aspects of schools, platforms, teachers, and courses. The low enthusiasm of students to participate in ideological and political courses and the unsatisfactory effect of classroom teaching also provide a brand new plan for the reform of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.
