ABSTRACT

This study aims to explore the influencing factors of student satisfaction in vocational colleges based on the customer satisfaction theory model. By conducting empirical research on the impact of teaching quality, teacher quality and attitude, campus environment and facilities, as well as tuition fees and reward measures, we analyze the data and interpret the results to draw conclusions and propose relevant suggestions. The research findings indicate that teaching quality is one of the key factors affecting student satisfaction, and teacher quality and attitude, as well as campus environment and facilities, also have a certain impact on student satisfaction. Additionally, tuition fees and reward measures also influence student satisfaction to some extent. Finally, while discussing the limitations and shortcomings of this study, further directions for research are suggested.
