This paper aims to explore the impact of university-level martial arts Sanda on the development of physical and mental balance. Through a study of the physical and psychological aspects of martial arts Sanda training, this paper analyzes how this unique form of exercise promotes the comprehensive development of students' physical fitness and mental health. The research finds that martial arts Sanda not only improves students' physical abilities but also cultivates their self-discipline, willpower, and emotional management skills, thereby achieving a balance between body and mind in university life.
